    Without question. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit should all be capitalized. We shouldn't even have to point this out. It is inherently disrespectful.

    Calling God Gof seems a little disrespectful too ;-)

    These should not be capitalized because they are not differentiated in the original text from which the english versions are translated.

    This depends entirely on the translation being used. Several very conservative translations, such as the King James version, the English Standard Version and the New International Version, do not capitalize pronouns referring to God. This is in no way disrespectful.
